I like to try and keep my life drama free. At this point you should understand that two female humans and one female canine live in my home so my life isn’t completely drama-free but we try. I have been trying to think of a way to reduce the amount of drama in the world today and I may be close to a solution. Against better judgment, I will share it with you but you have to realize that this is a work in process. Before you respond with an uprising the size of the opening ceremonies of the Olympics, you must remember that I am just a person trying to make the world a better place (hehe)! But, here goes anyway…             We have come to a time in the world when we are too sensitive, which creates drama. If someone disagrees with us we assume it is an attack on our person so we, in turn, launch a counterattack against the newly declared enemy. If we don’t agree on everything then we cannot be even acquaintances in this cowardly...

           I don’t like losing, bullies, selfish people, spinach, speed limits, going to bed at night, getting out of bed in the morning, bills (unless they are green and mine), gas prices, talking on the phone, weddings, funerals, hateful people, heat, cold, alcohol, exercise, drugs, soccer, poverty, self-absorbed people, politics, lies, hypocrites, being stolen from, onions, the devil, addiction, being disrespected, being ignored, Pepsi,   pessimists, and if I sat here long enough I could think of more but I want to get to the other list.             I like winning, helpers, meat (cow, pig, chicken, fish, etc…), potatoes, basketball, being fit, patient people, giving to others, honest people, hard workers, golf, driving fast, football, great music no matter the genre, having a place to call home, vacation (Monday here I come), missions, missionaries that make a difference...

           We have a beautiful dumb intelligent aggravating loving mean lazy energetic hateful sweet Great Dane named Jade. She is all of the above and then some. We have had her since she was 5 weeks old. A rescue of sorts. Her owners were not going to take care of the puppies and were giving them away. Kelcey chose the runt and for months we weren’t sure if she was even a Great Dane or a Labrador mix of some kind with huge paws. But we soon realized this was no Lab.             For the first 8 months of her life she stayed in a large pen behind our house when we weren’t home. It wasn’t tiny and it had shade. She had 3 different dog houses during this time because she outgrew two of them. Sadly though, we didn’t know what was happening to her while we were at work. One day while we were outside, without being provoked Jade jumped on a little girl and bit her. It was awful....

Public Service Announcement            Today we bring an important message from all things important. Not because it is Monday and we have a headache and the weather lady said, “It’s going to be cooler today, only 97 degrees but it’s going to feel hotter because of the humidity.” Not because we are judging because we have gotten to an age where if you aren’t our children we simply don’t care. Not because you will listen because if you had listened at all your entire life we wouldn’t even have to make an announcement. It isn’t even because someone made us mad or hurt our feelings. It isn’t because people even want to know our opinion but because this is 2012 and we can have a blog then we can share our opinion so people can read it and then complain even though it was their choice to read it. Kind of like people who complain about Facebook. It’s free, it’s a choice, and no one made you look.        ...
